They are trained to remain calm under pressure, responding effectively to a wide range of situations. Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, the Dispatch team is always ready to help, embodying the dedication and resilience of the Round Rock Police Department.
Victim Services
The Victim Services Division is a compassionate lifeline for those affected by crime, providing crucial crisis intervention and emotional support. Victim Services Advocates are available around the clock, responding to requests for assistance from both law enforcement and community members. Their services include advocacy, assistance with Crime Victims’ Compensation, court and hospital accompaniment, transportation, and shelter support.
