You can know a quality of service es from the delivery of cable, internet an phone. The store and the deliverables is the reflection of poor service. Is not the human is the green taking on massive amounts of costumer and unable to handle it @Ask_Spectrum

@arl_jar @pastaraviolis @Ask_Spectrum No... It's just Charter being Charter. Their service is horribly unreliable. For every issue that you have on your side of things: There's generally 50+ on their side.My family only has their service due to the lack of any remotely good options here.

@GetSpectrum Now @GetSpectrum will send me a DM telling me how sorry they are and how can they help, but then tell me I can have these channels and costs removed without calling customer service where I will wait and wait. It's intentional.

@Ask_Spectrum No need. Techs have been out here repeatedly. It’s just the reality of underground utilities running side-by-side and fighting to have the strongest signal.
