If your services are currently impacted, you can check for known issues impacting your local service area by logging in to your account at Spectrum.net, downloading the My Spectrum App for Android or Apple devices, or visiting Outage Information and Troubleshooting.

Make sure your modem is powered on. Make sure your modem is set up properly and that there aren't any loose or damaged connections. Verify that you're using your Spectrum-issued modem. Move closer to your WiFi router.

The internet LED on the router is on if the Ethernet cable connecting the wireless router and the modem is plugged in securely and the modem and router are turned on. If a powered-on computer is connected to the router by an Ethernet cable, the LAN LED should be on.
